Abstract | ||
The search aims to Prepare the administrative empowerment questionnaire for members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate. Knowing the relationship between administrative empowerment and career maturity among members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the correlative method, and the sample consisted of (295) sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate, distributed over (39) clubs from Nineveh Governorate clubs. ), and the functional maturity questionnaire prepared by (Honer, 2015) was used after verifying its apparent validity and stability. The researcher concluded the following: The validity of the administrative empowerment questionnaire among members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate. There is a significant correlation between administrative empowerment and career maturity among members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate. The researcher recommends the following, through the conclusions: Helping the members of the administrative bodies to develop their training and refine their talents by involving them in training courses of at least four courses per year. Emphasis on the use of the method of participation in decision-making, moral stimulation, and training of employees to develop their career maturity. Focusing on career planning helps in defining job goals accurately, which is reflected in raising the level of job maturity for members of administrative bodies. | ||
