Abstract | ||
The research aimed to reveal the effect of using the strategies of graduated activities and inverted learning in developing some physical and motor characteristics in the lesson of physical education for middle school students, as well as identifying the differences between the two strategies of graduated activities and inverted learning in developing some physical and motor characteristics in the lesson of physical education for middle school students. The experimental method was used with two experimental groups that fit the nature of the research, and the research community consisted of fifth-grade middle school students in Rashidieh Preparatory School for Boys for the academic year (2022-2023), consisting of two academic divisions (A - B) and their number is (53) students, The research sample consisted of (40) students divided into (20) students for each group, the first used the gradual activities strategy and the second used the inverted learning strategy. The physical and motor characteristics were selected and tested, after presenting them to a group of experts and specialists in the field of specialization, and a pre-test was conducted for the period (16-17/11/2022), after which the educational program was applied for six weeks, as the program included (24) educational units distributed into two experimental groups, with (12) units for each group, The time of the educational unit was (45) minutes, with two educational units per week for each group. After completing the program, the post-test was conducted for the period (18-19/1/2023), under the same conditions as the pre-test, then the researchers used the statistical bag (SPSS) using the following statistical methods: the arithmetic mean and standard deviation, the T-test for related and independent samples. The researchers concluded the following: 1- The two strategies had a positive impact on the development of some physical and motor traits in the physical education lesson for middle school students. 2- None of the two groups was superior to the other when comparing them with each other in the post-tests of physical and motor traits. The researchers recommend: 1- The need to use graduated activities and inverted learning to achieve development in the level of some physical and motor traits in the physical education lesson for middle school students | ||
