Abstract | ||
It was a serious impact of the First World War on the economic and social conditions in Egypt, which resultedbreak out the 1919 Egyptian Revolution against British Occupation. This situation forced Britain to change its policy towards Egypt, therefore, issueda declaration of 28 February 1922, which led to the drafting of Egypt's constitution of 1923. Therefore, Britain succeeded in its long-term policy in drawing the political and constitutional system in Egypt to serve its interests and its presence there and the reflection of its effects have remained on the Egyptian system even after the 1952 revolution. | ||
