Abstract | ||
This chapter includes many topics as : First chapter whereas includes identification the research which included the introduction and the importance of the research where the researcher deal with the importance on the importance of sport training with helping means in improving speed. For the research problem has discussed performance weakness in speed and ways of treating. The research aim build on the impact of sloping training on improving the extra speed and achievement through the length of step and its frequency. For the research hypothesis, researcher has supposed that the training by using sloping will lead to improve the extra speed and achievement also through the length of step and its frequency. For the research fields were human, location and time fields. The third chapter has included the research doctrine, field processes also through questionnaire and experimented design. The fourth chapter includes presentation, analysis and discussing the results in research variables. For the fifth chapter includes the conclusions and recommendations some of the recommendations showed the moral difference in variables of the achievement for the benefit of test of control group. The most important recommendations that achieved were the necessity to use helping means s sloping in improvement of the extra speed by the length of step and its frequency. Also mentored the scientific reference connected with the study and its special annexes | ||
