Abstract | ||
The process of evaluating the performance of employees in higher education institutions, especially teachers, is important because it shows the tasks and activity of the faculty member in light of the mission and objectives of the educational institution. It also gives a picture of the performance of teachers during a full school year. Therefore, standards must be the objective tool for measuring, clear, understandable, and publicized to all. Given the importance of the subject in achieving the college's objectives, and specifically the process of preparing and building qualified and competent outputs that meet the needs and requirements of society, I have realized the problem of evaluating the teaching performance of the faculty member of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and the procedures for improving it and its implications for the quality of higher education. The objective of the research is (To study and analyze the axes and paragraphs of two questionnaires for measuring the efficiency of the performance of teachers, comparing the two forms of teaching and teaching administration). The descriptive curriculum was used as a scanning method to suit it and the nature of the research. The research community included the faculty members of the faculties and departments of physical education and sports sciences in Nineveh governorate for the academic year (2021-2022), 180 of which included (152) percent (84.4%) of the research community, after partially excluding the full-time and non-resident. Two templates have been taken from the teaching staff performance assessment forms for the 2021/2022 academic year.
