Abstract | ||
The extension of the public employee’s service is an exception to the end of the employee’s service by force of law to complete the legal age for referral to retirement, provided that there is no time interval between the retirement age and the extension while continuing the same job position. The extension period is counted as job service, and the extension of the public employee’s service results in the continuation of the job link between the administration. The employee is in the same legal position that he occupied before completing the retirement age and its extension. The duties of the job apply to the public employee during the extension period in addition to the rights. The matter is reflected in the administration with a number of diverse effects, including positive by retaining competent employees with renewed scientific and practical experience to ensure the functioning of the facility. Public interest and achieving the public interest, in addition to negative effects such as expenses and increasing the number of employees, and there are effects for the public employee, such as economic, social, health, and other effects, the extension period ends with the specified expiration methods. | ||
