Self -Compassion And Its Relationship To Psychological Flexibility Among Female Educational Guides In Preparatory Schools The research aims to identify the of self-compassion among female educational guides in preparatory schools, and also to identify the of psychological resilience they have, and to know the relationship of self-compassion to psychological resilience. The research sample consisted of (50) educational counselors. To achieve these goals, the researcher prepared a scale of self-compassion, which includes (22) items with three alternatives. The research sample. The data was statistically processed, and the results showed a positive relationship between self-compassion and psychological resilience. In light of the results, the researcher recommends: Educational institutions and school administrations emphasize the importance of the role of psychological resilience and compassion in the face of life pressures, trauma and emotionality And one of the most important the proposals is to conduct a similar study on the professors of the University of Mosul. | ||
