Abstract | ||
There is no doubt that there is nothing that enhances the productivity of the public employee more important than improving the legislative system in the state، especially the regulations and instructions and some changes، and then studying and trying to reduce them and deal with them as much، and a path in the forefront of that is the selection of administrative leaders within an institution with appropriate training preparation to develop their skills in developing their jobs in Several jobs or jobs in topics or jobs in topics or jobs in accounting or budgeting topics.In addition to following up on the employee’s commitment to work، there is a very necessary issue، which is the preservation of his job rights and granting them on time، including material and moral incentives، which are one of the most important elements related to his productivity، as the equality of the productive employee with other non-producers in the transaction will lead to Inducing results that are negatively reflected on the employee's performance، and the incentives that can cost the organization an additional 10-25 percent of the employee's income may increase his productivity to double or more. And not only that، but improving the work environment and conditions and developing the performance of the institution، and evaluating the performance of employees and providing them with appropriate advice will have an impact on improving their productivity in the future | ||
