Abstract | ||
The research aims to demonstrate the role of green human resource practices represented by some of its dimensions, namely (green training and green assessment) and strategic talent management (attracting talent, managing talent performance, developing talent, and retaining talent).Therefore, the topic takes great importance as it is concerned with a relatively recent topic, which is green human resources and how it can attract academic talent. The research also identifies the relationship between the dimensions of green human resources and talent management.An analysis of the data obtained from the researched field was carried out using the statistical program (SPSS) and the diagnostic description of the variables was extracted, as (45) questionnaires were retrieved out of (50), and conclusions and suggestions for the research were reached to achieve the greatest benefit | ||
