Abstract | ||
The research aims to define the role of emotional intelligence and its impact in enhancing the outstanding performance of a selected sample of employees of the North Refineries Company/Baiji Refinery, The research problem revolves around the organizations' inability to achieve their goals due to the intense competition between the organizations. This led her to adopt new concepts to face these events, including emotional intelligence. A hypothetical scheme was adopted for the research through which the goals and hypotheses of the research were defined, and the researcher used the analytical method in order to reach the results. The questionnaire was as a main tool in collecting data and information related to the field aspect of the research, and the North Refineries Company, Baiji Refinery, was chosen as a field for research and testing its hypotheses. The opinions of 106 employees of the mentioned company were explored, and the study came out with a set of conclusions and recommendations that would enhance the performance of the researched company. | ||
