Abstract | ||
functional change is one of the contemporary phenomena that many cities are witnessing, especially cities in developing countries that lack proper planning methods in organizing cities and urban centers. Urban and the absence of legal oversight and abuse of basic designs, all of which prompted property owners and investors to randomly modify and switch patterns of urban use, resulting in a distortion in the urban fabric of many residential areas and neighborhoods in cities, and this contributed to the occurrence of visual pollution in the street facades on which the buildings were extended This phenomenon also left multiple effects and problems, including service, economic, social and other problems that affected the lives of the population | ||
