Abstract | ||
The aim of the research is to identify the opinions of teachers and students at the University of Anbar to the extent to which leadership positions for women are appropriate from the point of view of the teachers and students. And follow the descriptive analytical approach, the research community consisted of all the teachers of the University of Anbar holding the title of professor and assistant professor, whose number is (652) of them (173). ) the rank of professor, and (479) the rank of assistant professor distributed among (20) colleges, and the students of Anbar University, whose number is (22719) students for the academic year 2020-2021, and the opinion was settled by taking 10% of the teaching staff, and 20% of the university faculties (ie 4 Universities, including two humanities faculties, which are Arts and Education for the Humanities, and two scientific faculties, science and engineering, and they were chosen at random) and from the fourth stage who are supervisors of graduation and more experienced than the rest of the stages and took 20%. Thus, the study sample consisted of (62) teachers, and (213) female students. And a female student, he used the questionnaire as a research tool for the purpose of identifying the responses of the sample and by (30) paragraphs, against a five-point scale for the degree of approval (very high, high, medium, weak, and very weak). The results of the research showed that all the spectra of the research sample had positive trends and acceptance of the role of women in the university and its compatibility with its nature, where the arithmetic averages all indicate higher than the hypothetical mean, and that the view of the teachers shares the view of the students in the importance and role of women in the leadership positions of women. | ||
