Abstract | ||
The research aims to identify the correlation between the management of emotions and performance among the basketball referees of the first degree in Iraq, and to extract the standard levels for the management of emotions and performance among the basketball referees of the first degree in Iraq, and the descriptive approach was used in the survey method, normative studies and correlational relationships, and the research community determined from First-class basketball referees accredited and registered in the records of the Central Basketball Federation, which are (61) referees . (21) Paragraphs representing (6) dimensions, namely (fitness, public health, cooperation and commitment, arbitration mechanics, match management, fault diagnosis, diagnosing violations). Standard levels for the sample and use the statistical bag (spss) to extract the results, and from the results that came out of the research, basketball referees enjoyed an average level of emotion management, and that The form has proven its validity and ability to assess the level of performance of basketball referees, and among the recommendations that came out of the research is that within the curriculum of the Iraqi Basketball Federation and the Central Referees Committee development courses related to the management of emotions, the importance of the adoption of the Central Basketball Referees Committee for the performance form prepared by the researchers to evaluate the performance Basketball referees. | ||
