| Abstract | ||
| Excellence is an old concept, and in terms of age, organizations of all kinds and affiliations aimed to achieve success, survival and growth, and in terms of modernity and as a result of the intense competition between organizations, each organization tries to achieve excellence from others. Therefore, it is an expression of administrative creativity and organizational excellence, which achieves extraordinary high levels of performance and implementation of the production, marketing, financial and other processes in the organization, resulting in results and achievements that exceed what competitors achieve and satisfy the public and all the specialists in the organization. The current study aims to identify the level of dimensions of the institutional excellence of Iraqi sports clubs, as the researchers used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the current research on a sample of players of Iraqi clubs participating in the Premier League basketball, and for the purpose of reaching the results of the research, the researcher used the percentage and the mathematical medium and the coefficient of simple correlation as appropriate statistical means. The researchers concluded that Iraqi sports clubs enjoy a good level of institutional excellence. | ||
