This experiment was conducted in the poultry field of the Department of Animal Production, collage of Agriculture - University of Tikrit, for a period of 42 days, to study the effect of adding different level of bee propolis powder or bee pollen powder to diet in some blood-biochemical Parameters for broiler chickens (Ross 308). Used in the experiment 300 chicks , and the rate of chicks weight of 40 g, were distributed at random on 10 treatments and it is included three replications of 10 birds per replicated, The results showing (P>0.05): No significant differences in the rate of total protein concentration, albumin, Globulin and the ALT, But found there was a significant increase in the albumin / Globulin ratio of T6 compared with T1, and the concentration AST rate of T7 compared with T4, and triglyceride concentration rate and concentration VLDL of T9, and in the concentration HDL rate of T5, T6, T8, T9 and T10 compared with T2, and in the concentration of glucose rate of T7 and T10 compared with T1, and in the concentration of GSH rate T3, T4 and T10 compared with T1, on the other hand found to decrease significantly in the concentration of uric acid rate of T6 compared with T1, and in the cholesterol concentration rate of T4 compared with T5, and in LDL concentration rate of T9 and T10, and in the concentration of MDA for all rate with the exception Keywords: bee propolis, bee pollen, blood-biochemical Parameters, broiler. | ||
