Through researcher experience being a practitioner of the game of volleyball Note that there is an interest in learning the basic skills and physical in general and the lack of focus on the kinetic capabilities needed by the players in volleyball, especially in the skill of beating overwhelming that have developed and characterized by speed, agility, strength and ability to change direction, and built is based on personal experience and not on the planned scientific grounds, so it felt a researcher studying this problem by developing a training program for the development of some motor abilities and mental perception and skill beating overwhelming for the players beginners plane the ball and provide a service to the club coaches teams in the development of their teams and upgrading for the better level , and target your search: 1-to identify the impact of the special exercises in the development of some motor abilities and skill landslide hit the front of the plane junior players made the save. 2-recognition advantage vulnerability of exercises and special exercises followed from his coach in the development of some motor abilities and skill landslide hit the front plane of the players made the save.
