Abstract
The preared complex of Pd+2 was characterized by FT-IR ,UV-Vis ,NMR ,Mass Spectroscpis and C.H.N.S elementary analysis. In addition to the molar conductivity and magnetic successpitibilty. Stability constant and mole ratio was carried out of prepared complex. The thermodynamic parameters ∆H ,∆G ,∆S were measured. The spectroscopic studies and magnetic moments measurement showed the square planer geometry.
