Abstract | ||
The research aims to: 1. identify mental session (mental) bio-rhythm of the youth team Municipalities Sports Club. 2. to identify the impact of mental training in accordance with the phases of the vital cycle of mental rhythm in the education of some types of correction basketball. Supposed researcher: A positive effect of mental training in accordance with the phases of the vital cycle of mental rhythm in the education of some types of correction basketball. The use of the experimental method to the nature of the suitability of the research problem. A search community youth team clubs province of Dhi Qar, basketball and of (b municipalities Club, Club Nasiriyah, Club Euphrates, the club confirmed) totaling (93) player, has represented the research sample Bnashi Municipal Sports Club's (27) player chosen way intentional, and after excluding (3) of the players for not abiding exercise Schedule regularly bringing the final number of the sample (24) players make up (25.806), and was divided into two groups, an officer and a pilot, randomized manner and in a manner the draw (12) player for each group. Also touched researcher aids, devices and tools used, and steps to perform the search of the selection and identification of appropriate tests to skill correction basketball, and experience reconnaissance, tribal tests as well as the curriculum using mental training, and then make a posteriori tests as well as the use of some statistical methods. Conclusions: The experimental ABG, which relied on Exercise (physical _ mental) associated with the dynamic rhythm mental cycle showed a clear advantage in the post-test for certain types of correction basketball to the control group. | ||
