Abstract | ||
The research aimsto: 1. Thetraining curriculumfor the development ofsome of thephysical attributesand the level oftechnical performanceon thehorizontal barwithasamplesearchmode. 2.to identify thedifferences betweenthe results of sometestsforphysical attributesand the level oftechnical performanceon thehorizontal barapparatus(before and after) in a samplesearch. The researchershave usedthe experimental methodon a samplewasselectedwayintentionalincluded (3) of the youngplayerswho are trainedinspecializedtrainingcenterinthe province ofDhi Qar,aged(11-13 years), and forthe purpose ofavoidingthe factors thataffect theresults of the experiment, the researchers had the homogeneity ofthe samplebythe coefficient of variation, Was alsoafirsttraining moduleon10.12.2014, aftertribaltestsasthe researcher prepareda training curriculumaftertaking the opinion ofexperts, todevelop their ownphysical attributesusing themethod of traininghighpulsationintensity, and improvemotor skillson thehorizontal bardeviceusing themethod of trainingRecurringdifferentBashddrangedbetween(70-100%) of the intensitypercentageof the player, and it took the implementation ofcurriculum(12)a weekat a rate of(3)training unitsper weekforeach modulerangingbetween(33-39) onlythe mainsectionminute, wasto reach aset of conclusionsdelusional: 1- The training curriculum for the proposed positive influence in the development of some of the physical attributes and the level of technical performance on the horizontal bar device 2. reached to private physical tests to a horizontal bar and enjoy the scientific standards of validity and reliability and objectivity | ||
