| Abstract: In general, the cultural values have a large effect on the institutions especially on the directorates of physical education and arts due to the interactive influence between them. The cultural values are also important as they can be considered as a criterion to evaluate and guide the workers behaviors and also for their role in constructing the organizational cultural. The problem which is mostly facing by the directorates is the ignoring the role and effect of cultural values and in particular their effects on the behaviour and performance of their teachers. The main aim of this paper is measuring the level of cultural values for the teachers working in the directorates of physical education and arts through designing and constructing a cultural values measurement and determining standard levels. The important conclusion of the paper is that the sample considered in this study showed a moderate level of cultural values. Finally, the researchers recommended the necessity of attention and focusing from these directorates on the cultural values and using them in appropriate manner and conducta similar study for other physical education institutions. | ||
