Abstract | ||
The research aims to identify the level of organizational citizenship behavior among faculty and departments members at college of departments of physical education in Salahuddin universities and Soran and Koya departments of physical education . The theoretical framework has dealt with organizational citizenship behavior and the importance of organizational citizenship behavior and the underlying determinants of organizational citizenship behavior and organizational citizenship components. In research procedures researcher used descriptive manner survey as the best way to resolve the problem of the research, the research community has been included (85) pedagogy and teaching, has been selected a sample comprehensive inventory. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the following statistical methods: the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, for the simple correlation coefficient (Pearson), analysis of variance. And researcher reached the following conclusions: 1. The lack of significant differences in the level of organizational citizenship behavior among the teaching staff in the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Salahuddin and department of physical education at the Universities of Koya and Soran. 2. You can activate and strengthen organizational citizenship behaviors through the practice of voluntary activity is a fee for the benefit of everyone. 3. the ability of educational institutions to install and activate the positive behaviors. 4. few problems that occur between members Educational institution increase its cohesion and its ability to avoid some lapses. The researcher recommended: 1. encourage any effort to enhance citizenship behaviors in educational institutions that are primarily denominated in the state and society, the fact that the university is the living area, which interact and embodied the scientific and behavioral proper upbringing. 2. outreach workers in all educational institutions and other behaviors of the importance of citizenship and positives through meetings and seminars that stimulate the contract. 3. pursue human resources management in the educational institutions of the policies that develop citizenship behaviors through training and scientific effort and work teams. 4. equivalent citizenship behaviors among workers, including encouraging them to continue where, contain and resolve the problems surrounding the work in a friendly spirit. | ||
