| Abstract the research problem is the decline in some levels of through the study of some alkinmetekih variables in the stage before and after the upgrade effectiveness in the triple jump The objective of this research is to identify the alkinmetekih variables in the phase values before and after the upgrading of the accomplishment of the effectiveness of the triple jump, while the research method, the researcher used descriptive approach the relational manner relations.
