| Central banks over world even it difference in their economic systems seek to achieve economic stability by using their monetary tools .Iraq central bank is one of these banks which have its independency after 2003 according to law 56 on 2004,it depend on direct and indirect monetary tools to achieve its goals. Through the period 2003-2008 Iraq was using disinflationary monetary policy to control the liquidity .after that period Iraq used expansionary monetary policy and it have been continued to use currency auction policy to achieve stability in exchange rate. The problems which facing Iraq economy now is that policies problems not resources problem, that Iraq is suffering now from policy and security instability which imposing developments efforts, not to mention regional instability | ||
