| Abstract | ||
| The researcher included the introduction, the importance, problem and aims of the research. The research aimed at identifying the effect of the program on developing attention and sight along with arms and legs while performing defense. The researcher hypothesized significant differences in the tests understudy in favor of the posttests. The subjects were (30) 2nd year college of physical education students. The program was applied on the group. Pretests and posttests were conducted. The results were treated using proper statistical operations. The results showed significant differences between the pretests and posttests in favor the posttests. The researcher concluded that the used program has an important role in developing the level of skill performance. Finally she recommended using this program to develop volleyball skills. | ||
