Abstract | ||
1 - Identifying the degree of burnout for first division clubs coaches and excellent reel Basketball in the southern region. 2 - Comparison of burnout among the first-class coaches and excellent basketball in the southern region Research Methodology: The researchers used the descriptive method style survey for suitability to the problem The research community: The research community trainers first division clubs and excellent basketball in the southern region, totaling 10 coaches. The research sample: Select researchers sample the way intentional included coaches first division clubs and excellent basketball season (2011 - 2012) for first division clubs (port sports, architecture athlete, Nasiriyah sports) and their assistants and clubs Premier League (oil, Muwafaqiya) and their assistants, and Thus, the number of first-class trainers (6) and first class (4) and 100% of the total. Conclusions: 1 - There is one coach for basketball is fine by the parts contained in the burnout scale. 2 - There are five trainers need to revise their work in order to move away from burnout 3- There is no basketball coach on the brink of combustion. 4-No coach arrived to the point of burnout. 5 - There are significant differences between the mean and the standard mean and for the benefit of the arithmetic mean, which means non-arrival of Basketball Coaches for the degree of burnout. | ||
