| The evaluation process may be subjective criteria and provisions to be a quick decisions , a personal assessment is not based on scientific grounds . As though the assessment process for people with special needs wheelchair differ when healthy so it should not use tests that is valid for the healthy and applied to people with special needs as and that the problems faced by workers in this field , especially in the early stages of selection and training is the lack of tests that are commensurate with the potential of these players physical and skill as though the lack of testing of the novelty of this game does not enable us to discover talented early through their findings outstanding during the execution of tests in order to make plans far term to take advantage of these players in the national team as the researcher believes that the exploitation of energy among the players and see their potential and abilities can not only be achieved modernity is characterized by the existence of tests and fit with evolution as noted Researcher that there are twice as clear by the coaches in the adoption of digital indicators and accurate resulting from the application of the tests to conduct operations to predict what will be up to him the players and the team after undergoing training and the possibility of future planning of the near -and long- term adoption of tests consecutive and use of standards for comparison. Which form when a researcher problem considered study and develop appropriate solutions to solve in the design of tests vehicle and identify benchmarks for these tests, the vehicle and the possibility to accurately predict the scoring in terms of some of the variables are placed in the hands of trained and working in the area of the game to serve as objective evidence and systematic work in which to raise the level . Research objectives: - Design and rationing vehicle tests to measure the performance level of accuracy of some types of scoring the basketball players on wheelchairs. - Find standards (grades and levels of tests designed and inhalers for some types of precision scoring of basketball players on wheelchairs). - Finding equations to predict accurately in terms of some kind of scoring some special physical requirements and speed of the ball and the increase of basketball players on wheelchairs. - To identify the relative importance of some of the physical requirements for the speed and the increase of the ball in the accuracy of some types of scoring the basketball players on wheelchairs.
