The importance of research in the adjustment of administrative process, whether administrative women or trained in within the scope of her work as a leader and their relationship to the creative capabilities are among the strategies used by all administrators and stand up to the standards required in the extent provided by management, which is reflected on the knowledge of sports results> The objectives of the research: 1. At rationing and adjustment of administrative work a scale of social relations through sports feminist women leaders in Iraq. 2. Establish a standard to measure the levels of adjustment of administrative work through the social relations of the women leaders of women's sports in Iraq. 3.
