Abstract | ||
The purpose of this study was to compare the jumps hands front and back during the phase contact hands used in this study, one group participated all the sample in each of the hands jump backward and forward a number the sample 15 players from the age of ( 9 – 18) years and was the arithmetic mean of age (714.8) and the standard deviation(3.29) the arithmetic mean of length (156) and standard deviation (13.71) the arithmetic mean of weight (53.07) and standard deviation (16.01). The players had been filming a video camera number 3 type Sony)) with speed (30 frames / sec.). Results indicated that The initial and final horizontal velocity of the center of gravity (COG) at hand contact were significantly higher for the front handspring than the back handspring, yet the horizontal velocity of the COG slowed down significantly more during the hand contact phase of the front handspring. The initial horizontal velocity of the COG during the front handspring hand contact was approximately %50 higher than the initial horizontal velocity of the COG during the back handspring hand contact. The final horizontal velocity of the COG during the front handspring hand contact was approximately %25 higher than the final velocity of the COG during the back handspring hand contact. The horizontal velocity of the COG decreased approximately %20during the hand contact phase of the front handspring, and approximately %5 during the hand contact phase of the back handspring. The researcher recommended interest the training of the players on the technical aspects of accordance to basis kinematics which lead to the creation of the training protocol helps to master the skills, with taking into consideration the mechanical aspects influencing the performance. | ||
