| Of methods that have proven recent studies usefulness methods are competitive competition and a means of education scientific which helps the teacher to motivate and stimulate students' abilities to do what they can to achieve a particular goal, and here lies the importance of research by identifying the effect of some exercises help using methods competition (self and Comparative and collective) to learn some basic skills of basketball. Either the research problem and found that most of the methods used to teach basic basketball skills is the traditional method, as well as the lack of use of educational exercises help in teaching basic skills in basketball and rely only on basic exercises in learning. The objective of this research to develop curriculum includes exercises educational assistance in learning some basic skills basketball (Handling Vest, Dripel, scoring consistency) for students of Physical Education College / University of Basra and to identify the impact of the proposed approach and port using methods competition (self, comparative, collective) to learn some basic skills of basketball. Either research hypotheses were: that the exercises help using methods competition (competition self, competition, comparative competition collective) a positive effect in learning some basic skills of basketball for the students of Physical Education College / University of Basra, and there were significant differences between the results of tests of some basic skills with the ball basketball before and after the methods competitive three (self-comparative and collective) and for the results of tests posteriori., as well as the existence of significant differences between the methods competitive three (self-comparative and collective) in the results of tests of some basic skills with the ball basketball posteriori and in favor of the method compete comparative. The researcher reached the following conclusions: 1 - the need to use educational exercises help in the learning process, where one of the exciting educational methods characterized by carrots and accelerate the learning process. 2 - introduction of different kinds of competition in basic skills education ball basket. | ||
