| The aim of study is Identifying workout program training suggesting to bearing strength muscles for arms and shoulders, and identifying the effect of program training suggesting in bearing strength muscles of arms and shoulders for subjects study, add to identify to effect of bearing strength muscles of arms and shoulders in Performance development in some of skills in floor exercises of Artistic Gymnastics for Women, content subjects study, The researcher has been using empirical method and comprising subject concerning with students of college of physical education/Baghdad university/for third section class division stage (e) has been selected in a random way between members of the two groups It divided to two groups experimental by pumpkin, the members each from the two groups (10) students, experimental group apply the experimental method proposed for development hold the power of the muscles of the arms and shoulders, control group applied collage curriculum approach, after conducting tests before and after the researchers used statistical bag of social sciences to address the result of their research which include:(mean, standard deviation, skewness, (t) test of the corresponding samples and asymmetric, the researchers found that the exercises used in the proposed experimental approach proved its effectiveness and its impact on the development of bearing strength of the muscles of the arms and shoulders, and that the development of bearing strength of the muscles of the arms and shoulders led to upgrading the performance of some skills movements floor in artistic gymnastics for women | ||
