| The agricultural lands have a great importance and influence on the national economy being an indispensable natural resource because it is connected with the people's life and the society's welfare. It also participates actively in the stability of the state and its dominance. After the development of the state and its intervention in the political, social, and economic life, the crime is no longer a mere personal deed the effects of which lie in a restrictive circle but it represents an aggression on the economic interests of the society. In Iraq, the agricultural lands are still subjected to a number of aggressions and violations which justify the necessary availability of the criminal protection for them. | ||
