Abstract | ||
Photo induced electron transfer across the semiconductor/Dye sensitized solar cell system has been studied theoretically .This model derive depending on the first order of approximation method .The model has been utilized to evaluated the rate constant of Photo electron transfer at the semiconductor/Dye sensitized solar cell system .ZnO ,and SnO2 semiconductors are used as an acceptor state and the Ru(dcbpyh)2(NcS)2 sensitized dye used as an donor state with variety solvents . Our results show that the rate constant increases with the increasing of the reorientation energy, and the probability of electron transfer occurs in most polar solvent. The theoretical results show a good agreement with experimental data. | ||
