This research determined that of children Riyadh in the preliminary stage of both sexes (Male and female) in the province of Baghdad, in general directorates for breeding Baghdad Karkh and Rusafa (first, second and third) for the academic year (2013-2014). Has used statistical methods the following: - (square Ka 2, samples t-test (T- test) for two independent samples, Pearson correlation coefficient, the way re-test and the equation of Alpha Cronbach test, Mann - Whitney for small samples), as analyzed all the data the adoption of the bag statistical program (spss) The researcher found the following results: - 1 no statistically significant difference between the scores of kids to test the creative skills (fluency, flexibility, originality, allergy problems) when the level of significance (0.05). 2 There is a statistically significant difference between the scores of children on a test of creative skills (fluency, flexibility, originality, fumbling problem), to solve the problem (congestion, waste, pollution), when the level of significance (0.05).
