Abstract | ||
From generation to generation sapience is inherited and each generation solidifies such sapience from their own experiences and ideas. The Arabs had their great share of sapience reflected in their prose and poetry. The Arabs had their own great poets whose poetry is circulated by means of proverbs in different situations wherever the content comes in line with the context. Among the avant-garde poets were Al-Mutanabbi as a creative poet and Al-Sharif Al-Radhi as another creative one who lived in the fourth century and witnessed all events and all the circumstances of that century. Yet Al- Mutanabbi witnessed what had happened in the first half of that century and his poetry represented a great heritage giving much shrifts to the education of Al-Radhi, particularly during his youth. In addition, Ibin Gini, Al-Sharif Al-Radhi, was one of those who admired and kept in close contact with Al-Mutanabbi. However Al-Sharif Al-Radhi fell under the spell of these sapience acts for Al-Mutanabbi , and perhaps he mentioned some of his words, but this effect does not mean that the poetry of Al-Sharif Al-Radhi devoid of creativity and its own content. | ||
