| Abstract: This research approach scenario to estimate the risk of financial assets as an important tool in the decision-making process to shed light on many important aspects of many cases that need to be addressed , and the aim of the research identify some of the standards of traditional and modern in the measurement and assessment of risk by focusing on curriculum A scenaao . And based on the analysis of the research problem scenario data in the calculation of risk capital and operational risks through the use of measures of risk assets which are essential elements of information that should be taken seriously in the measurement of risk. Stems from the growing importance of research interest in the subject of the financial risk of being involved in determining the outcome of the work of public organizations , financial and organization of work. This paper is based on a set of hypothesis , mainly contrast the contribution of risk factors different in estimating the risk of financial assets , and the existence of the relationship and the influence of the market index on the revaluation of assets . The searcher reached a set of conclusions , mainly that there were differences of thought and dialectic in agreement on defining standards of estimating the risk of financial assets based on the curriculum scenario, was presented a set of recommendations including the need to determine a unified and comprehensive measure to assess the risk of financial assets.
