Abstract In this era we find a new phase prominent features widespread use and is acclaimed for its secretions information revolution and cognitive affected all sectors, and even recent decades technology, knowledge and materials intangible are not determinants of the key growth, but was relying on physical assets such as equipment and infrastructure and the accumulation of productive factors, but that differed greatly in recent years where seemed attention dramatically and rapidly resources of knowledge. In this study we use program from World Bank (KAM 2012) in terms of the concept and uses and methods, and how to apply it on a sample of countries (six countries) have been selected to represent the developed, Islamic and Arab countries. Then we measure the indicators and the level of the knowledge gap between them, This was done through four sections, The first includes the scientific methodology of research and the second devoted to focus on the concept of the knowledge economy and interactive program came while the third section of the analysis of the sample indicators, and then the last section included a set of conclusions on which the set of recommendations. | ||
