vision towards logistic management still conventional and typical at majority of organization in Iraq, while on the contrary this management become more important and developed within last years, large Number of Activities becomes working under one unified Management which is logistic Management, distinguished by Effective-cost to deal in Transparency in presenting expenses in order to offer clear and simple concept of contracts companies and constructers especially in housing projects. furthermore Logistic Management represents major element to improve process of Companies profits level and competitive performance , based upon the above ,researcher attempt to ( effect of organized efficiency of Central Logistic Management on Effective-cost in housing sector ) to reach conclusions and recommendations about this regard .
