| A search included the introduction and the importance of the research in which the researcher to the subject of leadership in the area of training and the importance of the role of the coach to lead the team in addition to the distinctive features of a personal trainer, The study aimed to: - - Knowing the values of the dimensions of personality traits among some club coaches in the province of Basra, volleyball and basketball category applicants. - Knowing the values of leadership styles among some club coaches in Basra province in volleyball and basketball. - Knowledge of different personality traits and leadership styles between coaches volleyball and basketball for some clubs in Basra province category applicants The researcher used the descriptive manner suitability for comparative nature of the problem and the study was conducted on a sample of coaches volleyball and basketball clubs in the province of Basra, a researcher used a number of ways to collect information including measurements of Freiburg, which measures the dimensions of personality traits and the measure of leadership styles in Sports after an exploratory experiment on a sample outside the research sample and the main experiment was conducted after the data were processed statistically using appropriate statistical methods (mean, standard deviation, test (t) of the samples is correlated. The researcher reached the following conclusions: - - Show high aspect ratio (nerve and settings) with the Volleyball coaches. - Higher dimensions (aggressive, depressive, susceptibility to excitability, social, calm, control) trainers clubs in Basra province. - Show that there is no significant difference between the moral sample individuals in most of the items of the scale, which measures the leadership styles of coaches, specifically methods (training and instruction, democracy, dictatorship, positive reinforcement). - In paragraphs own style social support significant differences were found between football coaches, basketball, volleyball and volleyball for coaches. | ||
