The importance of the research lied in the motor response speed, which is one of the important elements of excel in any match and is an important factor to put an end to the result of the match as if the player had a motor response speed, this rolling the ball. The research problem was in the existence of lowness in motor response speed players have, which would negatively affect the skill performance speed, especially rolling ball speed. The research aims to identify the effect of special exercises in the development of motor response speed and rolling speed for advanced football players. The experimental method was used by designing two equal groups of football sample, who play in Mahmudiya sports club for advanced football players. There were 22 players who were divided randomly into experimental groups and the control group. Each group contained 11 players. Special exercises were applied on the players of the experimental groups for only 8 weeks of 3 training modules at a time of the week (35-45 minutes) for each training module. The results were viewed between the pretests and the post-tests of the two groups and several conclusions were made, such as: the special exercises have a positive influence in the development of motor reponse speed and the speed of rolling for football players. The research recommended to pay attention to the exercises with these modules because of their important role in the physical and technically gifted side of the football players integration. | ||
