Abstract | ||
The research aims to identify the effect of anaerobic exercise on some functional variables (heart rate, the proportion of lactic acid, anaerobic capacity) and some physical variables (maximum speed, speed endurance, distinctive force by speed) with the same players of the Air Force club of youth football , totaling (20) , and players have been divided into groups two : experimental and control group. These variables sample calculation came from the research sample before the approach training and the duration of the approach is eight weeks, three training units per week and total (24) and the the duration of each unit (90) minutes. The performance of training approach in the pre-competition and in the period of the competition; the training was focused on physical attributes . Consequently , it has been confirmed when performing exercise , it would maintain the highest level when performing the movements of a repeat ,thus, it leads to good status of relative hospitalization for physical efficiency at the beginning of each iteration, which depends on the the ability to diversify the rapid kinetic exercises which have been selected because these exercises lead ball , which require the motor speed performance. Thus , it requires a high level of energy consumption and applying the principle of the ideal rotation for work and rest so that each player can perform all the exercises efficiently and identify the level of the ideal relationship among the components of training load (Size, intensity, rest) | ||
