Abstract | ||
Constitute the events of September 11, 2001 that hit New York and Washington in the United States took a decisive turn in the history of international relations, as it redrew the political map and changed a lot of the foundations of the international system, as reprinted international terrorism to occupy the center stage of global issues, and revealed the futility of international efforts for decades to eliminate it. It also cemented its implications for the conviction of the fragility of the structure of the international system and the futility of its mechanisms as well as the responses left by hidden relate to the purpose of promoting an atmosphere of racism against Arabs and Muslims and accuse their environment as a productive environment for terrorism. Showed these events and the concomitant and subsequent military actions and diplomatic moves and international positions . The real need to adopt legislation of international legal standards to ensure the achievement of a balanced justice away from duplication in dealing with the files in question.And such legislation must have international consensus and be approved by all countries of the world and not the monopoly of the legislation on specific countries . To ensure the application of this legislation to be the formation of an international legal institutions take into account the practical application of these laws and be representative of most of the countries of the world . It is a humanitarian side to another must promote civil society and the international responsibility to fight terrorism and extremism in all its forms supported international effort moral and material and legislative . | ||
