| Abstract | ||
| From 20 years ago, Africa become, or to be under the concern of Turkey, within Turkish research policy of continual alternatives. Turkish motion didn't restrict in this time – such as in the Ottoman era- on North Africa only, but extended to all sub- desert Africa States, from the east to the west, and from the north to the south. Also, Turkish moving don't restricted to, on economical, aspect, in two splites " commercial, investmental " in spite of its importance, but to go beyond the thing to political, Diplomatic dimensions, there for the number of Turkish embassies in Africa were increased, and to become (37) embassy in (2012), and Turkish government to give hope to number be (54) embassy. " it’s the same number of contemporary African States " . In the same time Turkish responsibles " officiales " visiting still continual, to African continent and the subject didn't restricted only on this dimemsions or this motion, but to go too far to contract the joint conferences, in order to approximation the distance, between Turkish and Africans counterparts. Here we refer to the convention [meeting] of the first Turkish African summit in Istanbul (2008). Turkish moving to go too far the economical, political dimensions, to humanitarian aspects in side of program of assistances presention to African States, specifically the poor states. | ||
