Abstract | ||
This research is targeted to identify the importance of training courses for kindergarten teachers, and the extent of benefit kindergarten teachers training courses to develop their skills, and detection of obstacles that limit the benefit of kindergarten teachers training courses. The research sample included (30) parameter of the parameters Riyadh in the center of the province of Karbala, and to achieve the objectives of the research prepared by researchers barometer to measure the importance of training courses for kindergarten teachers After reviewing the literature and previous studies, consisting of three axes: the first axis/ importance of training courses for teachers kindergartens and contained (5) vertebrae, second axle/ benefit over the kindergarten teachers training courses to develop their skills (12) vertebrae, the third axis/ main obstacles that limit the benefit of kindergarten teachers training courses (8) vertebrae. The researchers apply the measure to the research sample and after data collection and processing using a statistical hypothesis and the average weight percentile, reached the following results: 1. The importance of training courses for teachers in terms of the supply of information and educational innovations and modern scientific and access to expertise in the field of teaching methods. 2. Courses are useful in the development of skills by kindergarten teachers to provide lesson is an attractive and interesting, and to encourage children and praise for their responses and the work of educational methods are characterized by beauty and influence. 3. That there are obstacles to challenge significantly benefit the kindergarten teachers of courses including the failure to use modern teaching aids during the sessions, and the adoption of most of the lecturers on the way diction and the absence of other methods, and training places in educational institutions is a subset. In light of these findings, the researchers developed a number of recommendations and proposals. | ||
