| Understand the differences between the motives of school students Basra province and between the students motivated about school students Parties Scout Movement . The researcher used the descriptive approach to fit the nature of the research consisted of the research community of the middle school students at the center and the outskirts of Basra province , and consisted of the research sample of 510 students at the rate of 270 school students from the center, and ( 240 ) school students from the parties in the province. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to gather information , which includes the measurement of motivation towards the Scout Movement , consisting of (35 ) items . After unloading data and statistically treated researcher concluded the following: - There are no significant differences in motivation between the center and the periphery | ||
