| The research aims to identify the degree of coupling between the compound creatine concentration and the element of fitness, as well as to predict the concentration of extract compound creatine in terms of fitness among young runners ran short distances in an equation. The research procedures sample of sprinters has taken the junior category, representing different clubs, where he was a test of agility Barrow them, as well as the measurement of the concentration of creatine in the blood by taking a blood sample and processing laboratory to determine the concentration of creatine when sample members. The statistical analysis was used Kendall Tau test (kandal tau) for detecting the degree of coupling between agility and concentration of creatine, also used to extract the equation to predict the concentration of creatine in terms of fitness component of the sample individuals binary regression analysis was processing the results using the statistical program spss. The most important thing has been inferred in the research is that there is a highly significant association between the compound creatine concentration in the blood and an element of fitness, as well as identifying predict compound creatine equation in terms of fitness and as follows: the concentration of creatine 2.39- = 0.194 * Fitness. Thus, we can determine the energy compound creatine is important in the body using the equation extracted without resorting to a medical laboratory to determine this critical compound of energy.
