Abstract | ||
Conclusion After this research , it is time to put an end to him and this is the end, the most important conclusion illustrate our findings through it and see that the proposals should be introduced to avoid shortcomings and imbalances that may haunt law : Conclusions : 1) The concept of public morality of society meaning synonymous with the concept of public morality which is part of the public order and represent the face of moral , and is the responsibility of the state and the duty of publication as well as the protection and conservation. 2) That the state's duty to protection the public morality of a society is linked to the right to protection its presence and heritage of moral , social and prevent any threat to public morality that whether the threat within the country or from abroad. 3) That the concept of public morality of the society is not one in all societies is a sophisticated variable changeably place and time influenced the prevailing norms and rules of religion followed in the society and it be affected for point of the people as well as the perspective of the state and the ideology espoused by . 4) The concept of public morality of the society to accommodate its content to maintain the rules of religion , considering that any act that constitutes a violation of the rules of religion or abuse of one of its symbols , it constitutes the other hand, a violation of the rules of ethics. 5) That the omission of the Constitution or the law for the text on nothingness permit of violation of public freedoms of public morality does not mean permit violation as the freedoms but is given to all and in allowing their practice in violation of public morality of society means that the practice of some people for liberty in violation of public morality of society will lead to preventing others exercise of their freedoms because in practice some of the abuse of religious feelings and stir them as well as that freedom means the practice of each individual to his or her liberty without harm the rights and freedoms of others, and no doubt we have to exercise or enjoyment in violation of public morality of society will harm the rights of the rest of the members of the community and freedoms | ||
