| Of Islam greatness, it does not neglect one tiny or gross of creation issues lest it shows it very clear, it does not satisfy with showing the adult and child cases, but it goes far from that, it does concern with human when he was a fetus in his mother’s womb dealing him as an independent soul although he was part of his mother, where he has moral and financial rights must be respected and does not exceed them, it confirmed the blood money when he is killed and shares out the heir according to Allah duties . What a greatness does equal such greatness, and what an honor does equal such Holly honor for human. The search dealt with the financial and moral rights for the fetus, and the judgment for whom does exceed these rights according to the Islam doctrine | ||
