| Abstract | ||
| Praise be to Allah who helped me to complete my research is marked (ruling of oath suspensory ) in Islamic jurisprudence . Has been reached where the most important results : 1) The oath has several definitions in the language of force and the ability of them , including the right hand , including the oath and the swearing , including the compact and the covenant. 2) To the oath, several types of them, the duty and the delegate , and permissible, and abominable, and forbidding . 3) Scholars of the four doctrines agreed on the permissibility comment of Zihaar (The pair denied himself and his wife and was in the ignorance that means the divorce) on the condition and decided the public is Shaafa'is he may be suspended Zihaar to marry a certain woman. 4) The law commentator believes that divorce is not located on the condition that the divorced intent is to urge to do something or preventing it. 5) And the summary matter is that the conditional divorce that was pregnancy is what to do or prevention of it the oath rule obliges him an expiation for oath about what he commented .
