This study aims to identifying: 1 - Detection of alleles ACTN3 gene of the sample. 2 - Theeffect of the program training in terms of the ACTN3 gene alleles on the speed-strength and achievement in snatch for young weightlifters. Hypothesis : Alleles ACTN3 gene has different effect on the speed-strength Program training in terms of the ACTN3 gene alleles has positive effect on the speed-strength and achievement in snatch for young weightlifters. The researchers used the experimental approach to design using the three equal groups pre and post testes were done for each group , the research community is selected from Altadamin Sports Club in the province of Najaf, the youth and adult (17 weightlifters ) search sample was Selected as deliberate, research sample was divided into three groups according to the ACTN3 gene alleles, researchers conducted tests on tribal members a sample search using the physical tests that have been agreed for the strength - speed- and achievement on the members of the research sample. The application of the training program, lasts 12 weeks to apply by 3 training units per week per then held the post tests and the results were treated by statistical means Conclusions : 1 - Trainingprogram has a clear positive effect on the development of speed-strength to the members of the research sample for the three groups 2 - Development speed-strength has positive effect on achievement in the snatch of the research sample. 3 – The individuals who carry the gene ACTN3-type allele dominant pure (RX) have the ability and the level of high-speed-strength prescription compare "with their peers from individuals who carry the gene ACTN3 hybrid-type allele (RR) and the recessive allele (XX). Recommendations 1 – Emphasizing on attention to the subject of the genes in the Iraq particularly as the delimiter key determinants of the selection process of the athlete through testing for the analysis of DNA to determine the genotype of an athlete 2 - Genetic selection and good training together "are the only way to reach some of the athletes to international standards 3 - Urged coaches and specialists to build a training program in accordance with the genetic potential of athletes, especially with regard to alpha-actin gene 4- being responsible for muscle strength. | ||
