Abstract | ||
This research aims to identify the concepts of human resources information systems and business ethics and social responsibility and the relationship between human resources information systems and business ethics , social responsibility , were selected sample of (54) individuals out of (78), an employee at the University of Wasit , representing more than 69 % out of the research community , has adopted a search descriptive analytical method , results indicated the presence of significant relationship significantly between human resources information systems and elements of business ethics and social responsibility at the University of Wasit , the study concluded many of the recommendations , including: the need for attention to the process of polarization and recruitment at the university the research sample , which would contribute to their performance better , and could come through the establishment of a data bank includes extensive details from internal and external sources to get the best applicants for work , research department into three sections : the first dealt with human resources information systems , and the second dealt with business ethics and responsibility social , and the third dealt with the relationship between the human resources information system and business ethics and social responsibility as a study field and analytical . | ||
